Company\u2019s Comin\u2019!!<\/p>\n

Today is a good day!!\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s the day my aunt (who\u2019s more like a sister) and a close family friend are coming to visit!\u00a0 We are all about food around here, so dinner is already on my mind!\u00a0 Have you ever made a recipe pretty regularly, and then for whatever reason just got away from it? \u00a0Well, that\u2019s what happened to me with this Chicken Divan casserole!\u00a0 So tonight it\u2019s making a comeback!! \u00a0The rotisserie chicken\u00a0 makes it a snap!\u00a0 With this we\u2019ll have a green salad with lots of fresh berries and poppy seed dressing!<\/p>\n

Chicken Divan<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 cups rotisserie chicken, boned<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 5 cups fresh broccoli pieces, steamed<\/p>\n

1 can condensed,\u00a0 cream of mushroom soup<\/p>\n

\u00bd cup sour cream<\/p>\n

\u00bd cup mayonnaise<\/p>\n

2 tablespoons milk<\/p>\n

Juice of \u00bd of a lemon<\/p>\n

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.\u00a0 Prepare a 2qt casserole or a 8\u201dx11\u201d baking dish with cooking spray.\u00a0 Place steamed broccoli pieces in bottom of dish.\u00a0 Top with chicken and set aside.\u00a0 In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and milk, stirring until blended.\u00a0 Spread soup mixture over the broccoli and chicken.\u00a0 Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.\u00a0 Remove from oven and top with grated cheese, returning to oven for 10 – 12 minutes.<\/p>\n
