\u00be cup dark brown sugar<\/p>\n
\u00be cup white sugar<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon vanilla<\/p>\n
Add and mix well<\/strong><\/p>\n2 eggs<\/p>\n
Sift together and add<\/strong><\/p>\n1-1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n
Mix and add<\/strong><\/p>\n2 cups quick oatmeal<\/p>\n
1 small bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup chopped nuts (optional)<\/p>\n
Drop spoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. I use parchment paper on my cookie sheet for even browning on the bottom and easy clean up.<\/p>\n
Bake for 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n
